DEPOSIT POLICY
Dear Client,
Please take a moment to review the Zavala Galleria deposit policy:
In order to book a tattoo appointment at Edgar Zavala, a client must submit a deposit to secure the appointment date and time.
For appointments requiring One session, the deposit will be applied to the final balance of the tattoo session.
For appointments requiring multiple sessions, the deposit will be rolled over to keep future appointments secure until the last session. And then applied to the last session.
Standard hourly rate $250 per hour of Tattoo-time ($300 deposit)
Full day rate $1500.00 minimum of 6hrs ($500 deposit)
Two day session back to back $3000 ($800 deposit)
Deposit will be forfeited for the following reasons:
-Cancellation of any kind within 14 days of scheduled appointment.
-No call, No show on the day of the appointment.
-Rescheduling within 14 days of scheduled appointment.
-Cancellation of Any Kind once the project has started.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
